“Hot Books” began as a book club in fall 2009 led by Ruth Noble, which moved from a weekly meeting to a monthly one, including books such as The Shack, Three Cups of Tea by Gregg Mortensen, and God Is by David Allan Richard.

In October 2010, join Anthea O'Regan for a discussion of Bruce Sanguin's Darwin, Divinity, and the Dance of the Cosmos: October 10th, 'The Universe Story; Our Common Story of Creation', October 17th 'The Universe and Evolution as Sacred Story', October 24th 'Coming Home to the Cosmos' and October 31st 'Practising an Ecological Faith'. Sessions are supported by a DVD study and United Church resources.
